چکیده مقاله:

Carbon nanotube (CNT) filled polymer nanocomposites (NC)s are a new generation of materials possessing superior mechanical, thermal, and electrical properties [1]. These types of NCs have many exceptional properties such as light weight, good and simple processability, and enhanced performance atlow loadings [2]. However, the full potential of employing CNTs as reinforcements for polymers has been severelylimited because of the difficulties associated with dispersionof entangled CNT during processing and poor interfacial interaction between CNTs and polymer matrix. Currently,mechanical methods such as ultrasonic dispersion or chemical methods such as functionalization of the CNTs are used to promote dispersion [3].
